It’s been said to also lower blood sugar and helps to fight diabetes. It’s also grate or weight loss because you lose weight by making you feel full. It aids in digestion and it’s been known to just make you feel better overall if taken every day. Now a lot of this is just passed down form previous generations but I have seen some major benefits from its use.

These apple cider vinegar gummies are a great way to get in your much needed apple cider vinegar. Plus they’re sweetened with apple juice so they’re easy to eat too!Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Yields: 24-36 (depending on size of your mold)

SUPPLIES

  • Your favorite silicone gummy mold
  • 1 cup no sugar added apple juice or cider
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons unflavored gelatin

DIRECTIONS
1.  Add the apple juice to a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until the juice begins to boil.  Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 minute.

2.   Add the apple cider vinegar and stir well.Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

3.  Sprinkle the gelatin powder on top of the apple cider mixture and whisk briskly until dissolved.Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

4.   Immediately pour into your molds and chill for 2 hours to completely harden. Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

5.  Once hardened, gently pop out each apple cider vinegar gummy from its mold and ENJOY!!

    I will have to give these a try. I usually put 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and guzzle it down with my vitamins but it doesn’t taste so great.

    This is a good idea! I’ve heard that apple cider vinegar has a lot of health benefits. This is a much better alternative to drinking it by itself.
