Deliciously Easy Latte and Strawberry Espresso Scones Recipe

This post is created in partnership with our friends at International Delight, all opinions are our own.

Kennys strawberry farm u pick temecula socal californiaOur summer was so busy. We recently moved and now that the chaos from our move has settled down we are starting to stop and enjoy our last moments of summer. Strawberries are ripe

and in season and so our girls have had fun going to the fields and picking their own berries. We like to eat fresh fruits and vegetables in season and so summer is all about the sweet strawberry.

My husband enjoys coffee and there’s something so special about getting some moments with him during the summer. Our girls sleep in and we can enjoy a quick cup of coffee on our porch with breakfast. My husband really enjoys coffee drinks so I like to spice it up with a little fun. International Delight One Touch Latte is an easy way to get a gourmet latte right at home.

international delight one touch lateInternational Delight One Touch Latte turns an ordinary cup of coffee into a latte in seconds. And my favorite, mocha.

In the video we share a delicious and easy breakfast recipe. It’s a simple idea and one that I like to enjoy from time to time. We also use those vine ripened strawberries and they’re quite the delicious treat.

strawberry scones recipeI like to serve them still a little warm with a delicious latte. I like that International Delight One Touch Latte allows us each to personalize our own drinks. You simply fill your cup of coffee 2/3 of the way full and then shake your International Delight One Touch Latte. Then turn it upside down and press hard for 5-7 seconds as you create the perfect latte.

When I think of the most enjoyable way to start a busy summer day it’s just enjoying time with my husband. It’s sipping a latte and watching the birds start their morning.

That’s all it takes to have yummy coffee drinks at home?!? I’m sold! I spend way too much time in the coffee drive-thru…not to mention what I spend.

There’s nothing quite like fresh summer strawberries. And espcially hand picked. We’re not coffee drinkers so we may just double up on the delicious scones and fresh fruit! They look sooo good.
