It’s also a really fun place to get a chance to play in some fall leaves so get outside with your family this fall and explore!!

One of the things we really like to do is buy in season, and with apple picking we always have plenty of apples. Using those themes we wanted to celebrate that at school and I wanted to remind my third grader that I love her and wanted to make her smile when she saw her lunchbox. So I created this fun Free Apple Lunchbox Notes Printable.

Using the printable you can also create a fun and delicious apple themed lunchbox. My girls love love themed lunch boxes so I wanted to create a fun fall themed quick fruit salad I knew they would enjoy in their lunches. I just mixed apples and raisins. If you add a little lemon your apples will not brown, this is a great lunchbox tip. Top with cinnamon and a tiny sprinkle of sugarless sugar. We also like to add in walnuts and it’s a deliciously crunchy fall fruit salad. apple themed lunchbox

Then when you’re done serve it with an apple shaped sandwich, cheese stick, and crunchy fruit and veggie snack. It’s the perfect easy lunchbox idea that I know your kiddos will also enjoy. It’s all about creating healthy and filling meals that fuel my family and having a little fun along the way. With school starting lunchbox notes are just an extra way to send some love and encouragement.
