Disney’s The Jungle Book on Digital HD August 23 and on Blu-ray August 30‏

The Jungle Book is a great movie for all ages, directed by Jon Favreau. Mowgii is a man-cub raised in the jungle by a pack of wolves. He embarks on an amazing journey through the forest meeting all sorts of new animals like Balloo the bear, King Louie the monkey and many more characters from the original movie. Mowgii is guided to the man village where his wolf mother thinks he will be safe from Shere Khan so she sends Mowgii and Bagheerra.the jungle book

This movie also includes all the amazing, original songs from the original movie. Mowgii goes through many different things like being hypnotized by a snake, collecting honey and getting stung by bees for Balloo, and saving a baby elephant from a deep hole.  He must also keep running from a tiger named Shere Khanwho is trying to kill him.

In the end he eventually kills Shere Khan by pushing into the “Red Flower” also known as a fire. It also talks about how the humans are cutting down and burning down giant parts of the Amazon forest which i found very important!
