On-The-Go Tech Must Have – Ungrip Your Smartphone

We are a tech oriented family. Its is important that we teach our children how to take care of their tech devices. We have spoiled our kids, or better got a great deal on a family mobile plan that we were able to get our kids their own phones. Anyone these days know that many phones come with a hefty price tag.

The truth about all of those devices is that they are big and bulky and Ungrip is a stylish solution that fixes one of our biggest problems. This problem is keeping a good grip. We have already paid to repair screens and have damage to devices. All it takes is just one drop.

Devices are not small for small hands, and with a case they can become quite bulky. So its not hard for a kid to drop a phone, to miss a great video because I do not want to risk my phone flying out of my hand easily.

Ungrip is the simple and easy to use strap that allows you to hold your phone easily and if need be without your entire hand. By simply attaching the Ungrip base (includes high adhesive, yet removeable backing) and strap to any device or item you want to keep a grip on, Ungrip lets you keep hold without keeping a hold.

Each Ungrip comes with everything you need to make your phone more manageable and easier to hold. It can also be removed easily with no marking and replaced to other devices.

With our phones getting bigger and our hands not, drops and cracked screens are common. I see many stores that make a living off just replacing broken and damaged screen. It can be especially challenging if you have children with even smaller hands using devices which ours do.9

Ungrip is a great way to prevent drops that can still cost money even if you have a protection plan. Ungrip is a effective way to keep a phone from falling with ease. I also like how we can personalize each of our phones with many modern styles and designs. Attaching it to your phone is easy. We easily attached ours to our cell phone cases. 2

Stylize Your Smartphone & Keep It Safe

You can also easily attach it right to your phone. For our youngest this was the best option for her phone. Ungrip can be used on anything with a flat surface. Great for phones without cases, tablets, and anything that requires gripping with a hand.3

Our kids all do it, they grab your phone and start to watch. On many occasions our girls have dropped our phones so it’s also an easy way to ensure your phone is safe and sound and easy to hold. 11

Other uses for us include selfies of course, but taking images from high heights, not more “what-if” worry about dropping. I also like taking videos, and many times ones that are not stationary. Using Ungrip lets me know if a jolt or anything comes and bumps me, no more holding onto my phone for dear life. I can hold it like normal and know I have some extra safety.

Ungrip is also great for those with wrist, elbow, and arm problems or ailments. For people with wrist issues like carpel tunnel or ganglion cysts, grip anything can be burdensome. I can finally watch, read, reply to anything on my smart phone without having to keep a constant grip on it. I like to read a lot and holding a phone for extended periods of time can start to bother me. I can now do my reading from any angle by just letting my phone prop up against my hand. Great for reading in bed, park, beach, in the sun, anywhere!

Ungrip is a new approach to the smartphone holder for increasingly bigger and slimmer smartphones, and phone makers are not going with smaller screens. Rather than clashing with your phone’s style and design, this simple and effective solution accents both its look and your personality.

You can find Ungrip on their website.

We were happy to partner with Ungrip to show off how Ungrip can help keep an extra hand, or finger on your device. All opinions are my own.

I didn’t know something like this even exists! I’d love to try it on my phone and maybe it would keep me from dropping it so much!

I so need this in my life. I am constantly either dropping my phone or almost dropping it. Having this would definitely lessen my worries.

I thought when I got a new phone, it would be “mine.” Ha! The kids always have it. So this safety feature would be a great idea for me.

That is definitely a nifty tool to keep the smart phones safe! I’m so well known in the phone repair shop, I’ve been invited to dinner with the rest of the workers. I think I need one of these!

This is a great idea! I run with my phone in my hand (I don’t like armbands) and this would be perfect for me since those dang iPhones keep getting bigger.

  21. Stacie @ Divine Lifestyle on March 31, 2016 at 3:04 pm

I totally need one of these for my phone. I have a protective case, but every little bit helps. Why drop my phone if I don’t have to?

  22. MELISASource on March 31, 2016 at 3:03 pm

That is fantastic! I love that one little unobtrusive loop can potentially save a super expensive device. I’m sold.
