It’s National Hamburger Month and when you need dinner in a pinch Hamburger Helper® is always there. Growing up with Hamburger Helper® and now serving it for our family I know it’s quick and easy solution for dinner in a flash. I like mixing it up and creating new things when it comes to meals and why not take two of your favorite dishes and create something new?
Hamburger Helper® Beef Stroganoff Pot Pie
- 1 box Hamburger Helper® Stroganoff
- pie crust dough
- 2 cups frozen vegetables cooked
You’ll want to start with making your Hamburger Helper® Stroganoff as directed.
At the end you will want to keep cooking to reduce the amount of liquid.
Start by rolling out your pie sheet and cutting it to fit the size of your pie pan. Start with the bottom layer of Hamburger Helper® Stroganoff and then top with vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Top each pie with it’s own layer of pie crust. Poke holes with a fork to ventilate before baking.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
In the end you’ll have delicious mini pies fit for the whole family. It’s warm and full of everything our kids like.
Not having to worry about dinner is one less thing to worry about in our day. Make it easy and fast and full of flavors the whole family will enjoy! SAVINGS ALERT!
What’s your family’s favorite meal with Hamburger?
