I am a busy mom of three and lets face it, I enjoy these sweet moments. It’s nice that these are bite sized so I can take one or two, enjoy their creamy and smooth texture with a sweet fruit treat at the end. With the whole fruits, I can enjoy the great berries we have this time of season along with excellent and creamy Dove® chocolate,  so it’s just a delicious treat to keep around. You could easily add some nuts and dried fruits and have a great post-workout snack, holiday style!
