Loaded Veggie Quesadillas Recipe

This post is partnered with Lunchbox.
We have time in the afternoon in between school and dance and I like to make a healthy and filling snack for our girls. Dancing for hours each evening is hard work and as a mom I want the food they eat to fuel their bodies. It’s important t me that we eat more vegetables and thanks to I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter we’re eating more vegetables with a new simple recipe guide.

Since I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter is now available in 3 varieties – Light, Original and Olive Oil I can find exactly the product I need for all my cooking and baking.  With fresh buttery flavor it has 100% Taste. 0% Artificial Preservatives.

Using the Pick The Perfect Pair recipe finder from ICBINB I found this loaded vegetable quesadillas recipe. Packed full of vegetables and flavor it’s a new family favorite! Icantbelieveitsnotbutter quesadilla (1)

These quesadillas looks so delicious and I will have to make these as a snack item. We usually just have sandwiches, but I need to make something different like this.

This is my kind of quesadilla! Loaded with veggies. My simple to go to snack is normally a dip.

My Hubs is out in the kitchen right now making us a quesadilla. It is like the ones they serve at Applebee’s.

I love quesadillas. These look really good. I would have to do it without the onion, but the rest looks great.
