Always check to make sure you have enough propane before getting started by pouring hot water over the side of the propane tank to feel where it is cold, this indicates the propane line.

Place an ice cube in the center of your meat to ensure a moist, juicy burger every time. Also spiral cut your hot dogs to heat through evenly. If cooking ribs or other meat, spray with apple juice as it cooks to add flavor and tenderness.

Place condiments and toppings in muffin tins to keep it all together and to help make clean up easier. And when you are finished grilling, rub down your grill with half an onion to clean it off and add flavor for the next time.

    I have never heard of the ice cube trick with the burger patties. I am excited to try that.

    Delicious grilled foods! We actually like to grill year round and just freeze our behinds off doing it, too! There is nothing better than the grilled flavor.

    I like the tips about rubbing down the grill with an onion and it will give flavor next time to my food. I also like putting condiments in muffin tins. This makes it easier to clean up! I will have to try adding the ice cube to the center of the burger next time!
