I was sent a Jawbone UP to test out and I’ve had so much fun tracking my fitness progress and runs. The Jawbone UP works by tracking your sleep activity, steps, calorie intake and more with the Jawbone UP wrist sensor and free mobile app.
Wearing your Jawbone UP wristband you can track your steps. To see your progress you simply plug it into the headphone jack on your phone. After opening the Jawbone UP App it automatically syncs your data. By far the ease of use is my favorite feature because I can track and view everything from from my phone.
I can also view all of my history and follow my friends who are also using Jawbone UP. I can share my stats to my social networks and track calories all from the mobile app. These real insights really help motivate me and track my progress. It’s such an easy way to add something healthy to my fitness routine.
You can also view your sleep patterns, I found this insight to be very interesting. You can see the nights where my kiddos are up a lot how little sleep I really am getting. On the weekends I can marvel at getting my sleep to 109%!
To charge your Jawbone Up you simply plug the adapter into your USB. Mine has to be charged every 10 days and gives me plenty of warning before my battery gets low.
