    Thank you for the review, your story is so motivating. I too suffer depression, usually when it’s bad I don’t eat and lose a lot of weight, but during an anxiety phase I will over eat. After my daughter was born I ate and ate and ate and ate. I need to lose 30lbs to be a good weight for my height. Thank you for the heads up about the giveaway too.
