Fitness Week – Weight Watchers 360°


This year I have made amazing strides when it comes to my health and fitness goals. I was thrilled when  Weight Watchers 360° gave me a free membership to keep better track of my health and food goals. I have to say I am more of a mobile phone user when it comes to fitness related gear and being that I can’t always access my computer I like having Weight Watchers on the go. Right on my phone where I can easily access points and track my goals for the day. So whether I’m eating out or eating on the run I can easily fit Weight Watchers into my life.

I’m not a person who needs a ton of support but if you do there is a lot of support online. Have food questions? Need tips and tricks? Weight Watchers online has a community of support that is tailored just for you.

Since January 1st 2013 I have lost 34 pounds!

My journey is not over either! I have gained so much since losing the weight so far. I’m running and I have more energy. I just feel better about my life!
