Health Made Simple With Nature Made® – Giveaway

nature made vitamelts

Recently I found that there are some things my body needs and how much better I feel when I have those things. One of my favorite new products is  VitaMelts™ Vitamins from Nature Made®. I feel like Nature Made® made these vitamins for a busy mom like myself. From Vitamin B12 to give me an energy boost or Vitamin D plus there’s also Vitamin C Zinc for my immunity. For those days I just can’t seem to get to sleep the Nature Made® VitaMelts™ Sleep has melatonin to help you get to sleep. The Nature Made® VitaMelts™ Relax comes in a soothing green tea flavor. It pairs perfectly with the What’s best about Nature Made® VitaMelts™ is how great they taste!

I look forward to taking my vitamins every day. With flavors like these who wouldn’t?

  • Vitamin C – available in Juicy Orange
  • Energy – available in Mixed Berry
  • Vitamin D – available in Creamy Vanilla
  • Sleep – available in Chocolate Mint
  • Relax – available in Green Tea Mint
  • Zinc – available in Honey Lemon

I had the chance to learn about how Nature Made® VitaMelts™ were made and they’re natural and help me live a more whole and balanced life. They fit in with my life because they’re so easy to take and they taste great. It’s almost like a little treat in the middle of the day. Being a mom I worry about my kiddos getting into them because they are so great tasting, but as I learned they are water  soluble which means safe. You should always speak with your doctor about taking any new vitamins or supplements.

My tip would be…… read labels, eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, be aware of what you are eating, and plan meals ahead of time so you don’t bing eat and eat whatever is in sight.
